The house
La Daubinière is a newly renovated country house in Saint-Ouen-le-Pin, in the Calvados. It combines old-world charm — a brick and stone façade, blue shutters, climbing roses — with today’s comforts.
It is rented as a whole and sleeps up to six: two bedrooms, plus a sofa bed for two in the living room. There are two recently renovated bathrooms: one with a bathtub upstairs and a shower room on the ground floor.
Living spaces
On the ground floor, the bright living room, with its old wood panelling and fireplace, the dining room and the fully equipped kitchen are made for gathering and sharing meals.
The kitchen has everything you need: oven, hob, fridge, kettle and tableware. Heating and free high-speed Wi-Fi make the house comfortable in every season.
Among the meadows
At the end of its lane, surrounded by pastures, La Daubinière enjoys lovely views over the Normandy countryside. In fine weather the flowered terrace and its small garden extend the house — perfect for quiet lunches at the gentle pace of the Pays d’Auge.
A car is essential during your stay. Lisieux is 10 km away, about 15 minutes by road; Deauville, Cabourg and Honfleur are around half an hour away, for day trips before returning to the calm of the house.
